Our Mission

The Hope 4 Xavier Foundation was created out of a deeply personal journey of love, faith, and advocacy. Like many families, we experienced the challenges of navigating educational systems,

disability services, and the emotional weight that often comes with advocating for a child who needs additional support. Through those experiences, a mission was born to empower other parents with knowledge, encouragement, and practical tools so they never feel alone in their advocacy journey.

Began in 2015 Samuel Duran Hutchins Founder and President of Hope For Xavier Foundation Inc. Among his passion for Awareness and Empowerment While Empowering- Autism Awareness his desire for the foundation was established as the father of the organization's namesake, Xavier Hutchins born 1992 diagnosed 1994.

Sandra Y. Rogers is a woman of faith, veteran, author, and autism advocate. As founder of Empowered By Faith SG and Hope for Xavier, she inspires families through faith, education, and support. Her mission is to bring hope, encourage inclusion, and leave a legacy of love.

Executive Board President

Steven holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and brings 20+ years of non-profit leadership to the foundation. A co-founder of two organizations and former Board President of Autism Rocks and Rolls, he is dedicated to driving Hope 4 Xavier’s mission of awareness and empowerment.
